My hand had been bothering me for years, the joint right under the thumb near the wrist. I could not even close an eye drop small plastic cap because of the pain. After using the 128 hz I never even notice the pain anymore. Have no longer any problems with closing the eye dropper cap either. When I start to feel the discomfort again I use the fork right away and the hand is good again. I do use it about five times in each spot. After a about the third time that spot no longer hurts but I still do it again in that area two more times. Love this fork!
